Bridging the Gap Between Commercial Strategy & Technical Reality
I am a Technical Customer Success Manager who sits at the intersection of revenue and code. I don't just manage accounts; I fix the technical blockers that prevent renewals.
My career has been defined by a simple principle: if I don't know it, I learn it. I taught myself to code by building my university thesis system from scratch. At Data Talks, I climbed from Intern to CSM because I did the technical heavy lifting that others passed off to Engineering.
Whether it's writing SQL to map legacy client data, configuring API integrations for CRM/ERP systems, or debugging complex B2B workflows, I build the solutions that allow clients to actually use the platform. I save Engineering time, and I ensure customers see value.
Professional Experience
Customer Success Manager
Promoted to lead the technical and commercial lifecycle for multiple enterprise accounts. I act as the "Technical Architect" orchestrating the customer's business and technical onboarding, managing data integrations, and removing dependencies on the core Engineering team, thus focussing directly on driving adoption and long-term retention.
- Technical Implementation: Personally configure API integrations for Ticketing, E-commerce, and CRM/ERP systems, reducing time-to-value.
- Data Strategy & SQL: Execute complex data mapping and write SQL queries to ensure clean data flow between client silos and our SaaS platform.
- Solution Architecture: Translate ambiguous business requirements into functional technical configurations that drive adoption and revenue retention.
- Product Feedback Loop: Translate customer friction points into structured technical requirements for the Product Roadmap.
Product Specialist
Transitioned from intern to a full-time product specialist. Owned the post-sales technical reality: if a client implementation broke, I fixed it.
- Managed end-to-end onboarding, identifying and resolving poor implementation practices early.
- Bridged the gap between non-technical users and the platform capabilities through strategic support.
Product Specialist (Internship)
Entered the ecosystem with a focus on rapid learning. Quickly mastered the tech stack to become a primary resource for technical troubleshooting.
Education
University of Western Macedonia
Bachelor's degree, Computer Science
Thesis: Automated Written Exam Management System
Self-Taught Development: Designed and implemented a full-stack web system for archiving examination papers. I entered this project with limited coding knowledge and taught myself the necessary stack to deploy a functional, secure platform used by the university department.
